You may have lots of ideas but there may be a great deal of emotion and procrastination going on behind the scenes. You take your responsibilities very seriously and your bark may be worse than your bite. You don’t mince your words and you may be scaring others away, when you need them in your world.
Master your emotions and try to be more positive and patient. Recognise that while things may not be happening as quickly as you would like, everyone is doing the best they can. Live and let live, understand that we are all here in service, including you and you may have to work with others more than you had planned.
