‘Loose Women’ is an ITV lunchtime chat show, with a rotating panel comprised of women from the entertainment and journalism worlds. They discuss issues from a female perspective.
The above ‘Relationship Chart’ illustrates the connections between ‘Loose Women’ and panellists Coleen Nolan, Linda Robson and Kelly Holmes.
Coleen Nolan is famous for being a member of the girl group ‘The Nolans’ and for her appearances on ‘Loose Women’ in its early days. Although she left the show some time ago, she is still remembered as a panellist and some would say her influence is still felt.
Courageous, determined and all heart, Coleen can scatter her energy, feeling responsible for everyone’s happiness and coming alive when she has an audience. Coleen loves to share her unique perspective and can be very impulsive and spontaneous with her creativity. She can drive herself to the limit when scattering her energy, responding to her environment (putting others before herself).
When focussed, Coleen is also a great planner with great endurance, she is a great survivor, always determined to live by her rules. Coleen can also be a great generator, encouraging new thinking with her enthusiasm and passion.
Coleen’s birthday is just one day before Linda’s and their connection is their great creativity and unique perspective, as well as their shared gift for communication. (Creativity is central to Linda’s world and is Coleen’s Starting point (or Birthday No.), as well as her gift and challenge).
Coleen and Linda may want to focus on the positive, making the world a better place by expressing the beauty. They can be determined and disciplined, potentially bringing out the best in others, but also potentially stay with situations, long after the time to move on, always determined to turn things around and make others happy.
They can both also be very scattered and may benefit from going into the quiet to find their centre and to choose how they respond. They both have great ideas, but they can doubt themselves as they may both be striving for perfection, according to their truth. They both love freedom and hate restrictions imposed by others. There may be disappointment, but they both also have great breadth of vision and the potential to trust in their intuition and synchronicity to guide them home.
Like Coleen and Linda, Kelly also has lots of ideas, but she can doubt herself. Central to Kelly’s world is discipline and structure, like Coleen she can be a planner with great endurance. Unlike Coleen and Linda, Kelly likes to prepare for every eventuality and can be more rigid in her thinking.
Coleen and Linda potentially expand Kelly’s world, encouraging her to be more spontaneous and to realise her great creativity.
Coleen, Linda and Kelly can all be very idealistic and at times very impulsive. They share a great love and appreciation of beauty but can at times mis-represent themselves. Coleen and Linda can be very hard on themselves, limiting their options, while Kelly can shift from her focus on control and discipline, to trusting her feelings more than logic. Kelly and Linda can also be very unsettled, wanting security and stability, but needing freedom, they both need to ensure the words don’t pour out of them. Kelly may at times hide her great sensitivity, by focusing on the practical and it may not be obvious just how sensitive she is.
Both Coleen and Linda can be too devoted to their inner vision &/or cause, Kelly can also be very impractical in her idealism. They can all at times feel disillusioned, however they all have great breadth of vision and are devoted to their truth. Obstacles can be very positive for Kelly and Linda, as they keep then focussed, grounded and connected to others. Obstacles also mean you are moving forward and can help you find the strength inside to transform things.
If Coleen can stop putting others first and if Kelly can let go of her need for control. If they could both go into the quiet to connect and follow their inner voices, seeing themselves as channels, they have the potential to turn things around and to inspire others by making their dreams come true.
This ‘Relationship Chart’ illustrates how Coleen may potentially connect the creativity and structure that is central in Linda and Kelly’s worlds to the 18/ 9 Personality (what the world sees) and the 9 gift that represent the heart of the program ‘Loose Women’. These numbers promote a re-evaluation (8) regarding how best to help and be of service to others (9). The mission (43/ 16/ 7), that comes from the original release date of this program (6 9 1999) encourages a focus on relationships and ‘keeping it real’. It mirrors back to their audience images of ourselves and encourages dialogue and new thinking.
Intuition, synchronicity, the courage to be yourself, everything being brought to the surface to be looked at, so we can get to the bottom of things ….
Coleen, Linda, Kelly and this program together create a space for existing structures (4) to be explored with creativity and new thinking (3). This creativity ultimately connects with being in service, teaching others (9) and goes to the heart of this program … As guests and panellists are encouraged to share all they have learnt. This works well for Kelly, Linda and Coleen.
