There may be lots of emotion you find difficult to express and it may be important that you listen before you speak. Learn to value silence and to keep yourself grounded. Take time to find your message in the quiet and try to see things as others do. You may feel stuck and other people may be trying to impose their thinking on you, but try to stay positive and focussed, away from the drama as much as possible.
