You can be very creative with lots of ideas and a unique perspective. You may have a natural talent for solving problems, but you can also be over controlling. If you don’t like your existing structure you may want to stir everything up at every level to bring about change.
You may have a knack for dreaming up schemes that work, but you may have to loosen up a bit and try to see things as others do. Give yourself and others space – respect others even if in your opinion, they are on the wrong track. Drop your fixed ideas and be open to new ways of doing things. Listen to others and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. Stay focused on getting your message across, but understand yours is not the only way and you don’t have to be in charge for everything to come right.
The challenge for 2024 was everything being brought to the surface to be looked at and dealt with collectively (8).
The challenge for 2025 is to focus less on our personal needs and more on helping humanity (9).
