You may feel impatient if progress is slow and may want to bring in new thinking. Despite having lots to say but you may find you have to go with the flow more than you would like, you may also be asked to ‘turn down your volume’. You may be fearful of losing your authority, but stay positive, focus on keeping things simple and working with others more. You have the potential to size up a person or argument very quickly and accurately, but don’t be so sharp that you cut yourself. The greatest power of all is the power of love. So, despite your scepticism, open your heart and allow yourself to be used for the higher good. Be open to the potential of synchronicity and intuition. Actions always speak louder than words.

There is a danger that you put other people first and give so much that you may have to fight to reclaim your independence. Don’t let the perfectionist side to you mean you feel you have to do everything yourself to ensure it is done ‘properly’. Learn to delegate without worrying. Working with others could help you to rediscover your passion and bring in new ways of working that help you to make your ideas a reality. Otherwise you may remain planning but not taking the action for yourself, but always putting others first.  Give yourself space to think in new ways, get past your need for perfection and you may realise just how creative you are.

You have lots of ideas and lots to say, but you may be very up and down with emotion. If so, try not to be so volatile and intense, watch your temper and go with the flow more. You like to do things in your own way, but value the importance of teamwork, friendship and laughter. Make time to smile and to take positive actions for yourself and others. Stay positive, grounded and focussed as much as possible. Be more patient and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. Be less judgemental and condemning, take time to reflect, know your impatience may result in you placing your confidence with the wrong people.

Initially there may be obstacles and lots of emotion you may find difficult to express, but as the day progresses today may start to feel like a turning point. Despite possible frustration the perfectionist in you may find you have to let go and trust. You may also find you have to be more patient with regard to all you want to achieve and a bit more diplomatic in your approach. Compromise and co-operative ventures could help you greatly today, but time on your own may be needed beforehand, to get a handle on your energy and to allow you to think in new ways.

Try to stay inspired and in touch with the much bigger picture, spend no time comparing yourself to others and feeling you do not fit in and that you are not good enough. Your control is admirable, but so is spontaneity. Try to loosen up and laugh at your foibles and faults. Be open to new thinking and new ideas, focus on inner change and transformation. Don’t lose sight of where you want to get to, just try a different route. Focus on taking positive action and trying something new, rather than planning in detail and getting frustrated. Ideally loosen up, roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.

In wanting to keep things simple you may be quite rigid in your thinking, as you focus on the job at hand. You may have great breath of vision and the potential to inspire others to think in new ways, but this can only happen if you can allow yourself to go with the flow. You may feel great responsibility towards your work and may be determined to make your ideas a reality, but by staying so focussed you may have a knack for provoking others even though you truly care. Sometimes it may be a good idea to reserve your judgements, learn to stand aside and observe without expressing your opinion. Not everyone wants to be thinking in new ways and you may achieve a great deal more working as part of a team, focussing together on what is viable and practical.

The courage to truly be yourself may bring up lots of emotion for you, particularly if you find you have to work with others more than you would like. There may be a lot going on in your head that you find difficult to put into words, but speaking your truth and getting to the bottom of things may help you to break down some rigid mindsets and express your feelings naturally. Have faith in yourself and your ability to make your own rules and to survive the pressure to surrender your uniqueness to the crowd. Allow yourself a holiday or a break and enjoy the freedom that comes from truly loving who you are!

You may like to stay ahead of the game but use your intuition to go with the flow and there is the potential for great synchronicity and breakthrough. You may feel sensitive and frustrated if your unconventional thinking is not appreciated. To get over this try to focus on the job in hand. Try not to put energy into pushing your feelings and your creativity down. Control the hurricane inside and guide its power constructively, stay focussed and grounded. Slow down and look at the whole picture, otherwise today may be a series of spurts and stops. Use your true feelings to see clearly in all situations.

You have your own way of doing things and can be very practical, as well as imaginative and idealistic. You may want to bring in new thinking and can be very decisive as well as manipulative, particularly if you don’t like the way things are being done. We can all become prisoners of a set way of thinking and you may be more normal than you think. Master your emotions and try to see things as others do. Although you may do all you can to provide for others, you can’t impose your beliefs on others. Your way of doing things is not the only way.

Despite great ups and downs you may be determined to get your message across. If you don’t like your existing structure, this may mean stirring everything up at a profound level to bring about change. Whatever you decide to do, you know how to save your energy for the long haul and you may also know how to make things happen. No matter how dynamic the activity, your energy flows smoothly and the thoughtful quiet side to your personality always comes through. Know you have the potential to heal and to inspire others to think in whole new ways, if you can change some patterns within yourself and get past your resistance to change.
