The courage to be yourself and to do things in new ways may be very important to you. You may come across as very confident and self-assured, but may at times care too much. You may want to help others bring in new ways of doing things, but you may be trying to bring in some unconventional ideas and may have to ask yourself ‘am I doing this to make you feel better or me?’ Not everyone wants to be looked after and not everyone wants to think in new ways. Sometimes the best way to help others is to focus on becoming happy yourself, that way you are less likely to be running on empty and if people ask, you can tell them what works for you.
