Try to get past your fear of failure and of not being good enough, accept yourself as you are. You are enough. Recognise that you can sometimes be difficult to work with, especially when things are not going according to plan. Let go of the past and focus on now. Try to be less prickly, try to relax and have fun. Learn the value of silence and listen to your inner voice, as well as to those who care. Choose love over drama and criticism. Stay connected to your truth, and you may find out of the blue that you’re connecting with wisdom and the courage to be your true self.
