You may go to great lengths to ensure there is harmony around you and that you are running a ‘tight ship’. You may deny your feelings as you may want to appear ‘in control’, and this may result in more feelings than you know what to do with as well as great frustration. If so, self-acceptance and a creative outlet may help you greatly, as they stop you getting stuck in the past and reliving old wounds. Try also to truly listen to others, even if they are not saying what you want to hear. Your fear of failure may have left you feeling exhausted, if so. give yourself space and time for new thinking.
