Try not to push yourself so hard – give yourself a break – you don’t have to follow through to the end on everything. There may be times you are off track, headed in the wrong direction and you need also to be aware of your limitations. Engage with your feelings – don’t use energy pushing them down. Things may not be going according to plan but keep your head and be patient. Try not to put energy into feelings of frustration, it may be time to let go and trust.
