In order to survive today you may find you have to get a grip on your emotions. Your relentless determination may not be enough to make things happen, new ways of communicate may be required and truly listening to others may be essential. If so, try to laugh at yourself and to have fun – trust life will move you to where you are needed and that your way is not the only way to get things done. Trust your intuition and try to see things as others do. Be flexible, work with others more and you may be able to truly inspire yourself and others …

You may be filled with revolutionary spirit but may find that you have, to go with the flow, trusting you are being moved to where you are needed. This may bring up a great deal of emotion and frustration, which you may keep hidden. Take this opportunity to learn the value of silence and to see things as others do – all the time you are not at peace with yourself, you may feel in the middle of a conflict zone. When you make decisions without emotion, things can seem straight forward, but bring in emotion and everything can be more complicated. Rein in your impulsiveness and take responsibility, learn the value of co-operative ventures and positive thinking. Focus on taking action to help those with no voice.

Although on the outside you may appear cool, calm and collected you may feel passionate about communicating your message. At times you may feel pulled in different directions, wanting security and stability but needing freedom, you may also be holding on too tightly to a structure that has gone. Recognise that although you may want to make a difference, it is also important you stay focused and as grounded as possible. Rather than put energy into frustration, try to go with the flow

You may want to bring in new thinking and may find yourself acting as a bridge between people, getting others to talk and helping others to get to the truth, rather than talking yourself. If the other parties don’t co-operate, focus on your actions, they can sometimes speak louder than words. Despite being very single minded, it may be time to drop the luggage and embrace new thinking. When inspired to think in new ways those around you may think in new ways too, so spend no time comparing yourself to others, feeling you don’t measure up and you are not good enough ….

You like to be boss and you may have a relentless determination to transform things, but at the same time you may have great difficulty expressing yourself. If you feel misunderstood, accept change and responsibility, but always remember actions speak louder than words. You may hate delays and be argumentative but be open to new ways of thinking. Breakthroughs may come when you let your humility shine through and when you let go and trust – your sensitivity is your greatest strength. Heal yourself so you can heal others.

You have a great flair for business especially when you are doing work that you love. You can also bring out the best in others – especially when you trust your intuition and allow yourself to see gentleness and kindness as strengths. Try not to become threatened so easily, stay calm and try not to explode. Learn detachment and take responsibility. With the help of others’ you can achieve a great deal through your dogged determination and ability to communicate your vision.

Give yourself space and time to truly listen to your inner voice as well as the different perspectives of others, even if this may bring up some painful feelings. You may want to be in charge, but you may also want to bring in some new solutions and bit by bit you may want to inspire others to think in new ways. Get past your fear of failure &/or rejection to perhaps try sharing some of your ideas with others (keeping them as simple as possible). You may be pleasantly surprised.

There is potential today for a breakthrough as new ways of doing things may be found when you are forced into action. There may be obstacles and a huge amount that goes on in your head, encouraging a fear of failure or rejection. You may feel that too much was expected of you and this may have encouraged lots of plans but no action. However. your great sense of responsibility towards others may have helped you to move to where you were needed, so helping you to find the courage to do things in your own way and to follow your heart.

Your integrity and sensitivity can bring beauty and enlightenment to those around you. However, others may not see your inner struggles and you may feel you have to work to resolve these on your own. If so, allow yourself some rest and try not to spend any time comparing yourself to others and feeling you don’t measure up and that you are not good enough. You may be creative with great ideas, but you may doubt yourself.  If you have difficulty in verbally expressing yourself, stay focused on your goal, but also take action, working with others to help others and you may find you feel lots better.

You may feel visionary, idealistic and inspirational, wanting to inspire others to think in new ways. But you may find you have to be realistic and see things as others do, not taking it personally when others do not respond as you would like. Keep yourself grounded, focussed and connected to others. Don’t underestimate how much can be communicated by your actions and responses. So, try not to put energy into frustration and pushing your feelings down. Focus practical and grounded as well as creative. Don’t push yourself too hard and allow yourself adequate rest along the way. You can only get it right by getting it wrong.
