You have the potential to totally inspire others through your work, but some re-evaluation may be required. Don’t push yourself too hard and try not to be too impatient, change won’t happen overnight. You may have lots of ideas, but you may doubt yourself. Start by focusing on building structures and perhaps establishing a new routine for yourself. Try to focus on sorting yourself out rather than focussing on what everyone else is doing. You have the ideas but you may doubt yourself and there may be a massive struggle for you to be independent and self confident. In your head you may be planning with great determination, as you know you have the potential to totally inspire others. You may be finding the courage to truly be yourself and make some of your ideas a reality. Perhaps try sharing some of your ideas with others, trying to figure everything out on your own can be pretty tiring. Try to keep things light and fun, perhaps take a back seat for a while and enjoy the ride. You don’t have to figure it all out yourself.

You are a great organiser, very ambitious and capable of devoting all of your energies to getting to the top. That being said, you may be required to stand back and re-evaluate today, as you may be holding to too tightly to a structure that has gone. Beware also of your sometimes poisonous tongue – try to always see the bigger picture, as well as the detail. Learn from what has gone before, your words can heal as well as wound. You may be very aware that you are thinking in new ways today and it may feel very important to you, to get to the bottom of things, re-evaluating what is productive and what is unproductive. This may involve bringing things to the surface so they can be dealt with and shifting old dead energies, by de-cluttering, so the new energies can come through. Don’t get carried away with yourself, be prepared to give and take, remain open to change and take some chances too. If necessary, knock down and rebuild with as much love and compassion as possible.

You may have a vision you want to make real and a major re-evaluation may be required. Thinking in new ways is very important for you at the moment and could make you unstoppable. Stay positive focus on moving forward in this moment now, rather than reflecting on what has been. Have faith in yourself and the universe. Try also to always see the bigger picture and not get caught up in the detail. Above all, don’t take anything personally and take time out to rest.

Today it is important to let go of past hurts and to focus on moving forward. Be grateful, to obstacles they keep you focussed, grounded and connected to others. Go into the quiet and you may find all you need to get through this and for the way forward to become clear. Don’t take anything personally and remember this is your life – don’t live it for or through anyone else. Look after yourself but remain open to sharing with others. Above all have faith in yourself and the universe and don’t lose sight of the much bigger picture despite the obstacles.

There may be emotional turmoil on the inside today as the truth may become crystal clear to you in some way. Despite this it is important that you stay positive and remain a team player as much as possible. Put the past firmly behind you and move on. You are resourceful and know how to bring out the best in others, when you choose your words wisely, so focus on practical, constructive communication and try to ensure the words don’t pour out of you. You are not one to be kept down – you are very resilient with a great capacity for comebacks. Don’t get stuck dwelling in the past and don’t be afraid to ask for help and guidance.

You understand what needs to change and may be impatient for this to happen. You may want to shake things up at every level, at the same time, there may be a lack of confidence that others do not see and you may also feel stuck holding things together. Loosen up a bit – respect others even if they are on the wrong track in your opinion. Try to communicate and work with others more. Stay positive and be open to new ways of doing things, not everything has to be formulated and planned for it to work.

You can be very determined and focussed on making your plans a reality, but there may be a great deal of emotion with regard to your great sense of responsibility and wanting to take others with you. Try not to take it personally if others are not interested or simply ‘don’t get it’. Focus on taking your next step and building a structure, even if things are not perfect. Try not to get too caught up in planning and analysis, you don’t always have to win. Recognise and respect differences. Let go of the past, have faith in yourself and in the universe and above all bounce back and have fun.

It is important you take time off from work, as you make tremendous demands on yourself and have such high standards. Let go of your problems and get out there in new ways, by reconnecting with your feelings, with others and with your creative side.
