You may have difficulty separating your feelings and the issues. You have a most unusual way of seeing the world and may prefer to keep this under wraps, knowing you need to maintain credibility with those who will help you to succeed. Despite feeling pulled in different directions – respect and love who you are.

You may prefer to work on your own, following your intuition and teaching by example. But remind yourself to work for the good of the team also, reach out to help others and you will feel so much better.

Try to control your temper and the intensity of your judgements, remembering that others have the right to be the way they are too. You are prepared to fight for your truth and need to have a positive place to express this.

You can be outspoken and not afraid to take action. You can be quite fearless in a fight, but may need to learn courageous patience as well as how to brighten up and lighten up.

You hate wasting time, but obstacles may keep you grounded and practical, they help you to keep your dreams realistic and within your grasp. Having said that don’t lose sight of your global vision, even though at times it may feel as you are the only one to see beyond the obstacles.

You are determined to make your co-operative ventures happen and may have to see things from the perspective of others along the way. You can be very sympathetic to the feelings of others as well as insightful, but you have to keep a handle on your emotions. It is also important for you to see the beauty without the perfection.

You strive to motivate others, but may spend too little time in preparation and thinking through of your ideas and too much time in the selling of them. You must also let others come to their own conclusions even if it means watching them make mistakes

Rather than lead today you may prefer to be part of the team, improving the atmosphere in subtle ways, being dependable and there to help. Beware of devoting all your time to others, remain your own person and remember you won’t get anywhere without daring to fail.

You have much to teach others and can be charming, entertaining and inspirational, to keep your audiences interested. But, try to benefit from your own knowledge and to remember your friends also.

You are a brilliant and truly independent observer of people. You are difficult to fool and have canny insights. But try to develop more tact and diplomacy, embrace self-examination and change.
